CRS Cool Jets

CRS Series Flow Cool Jets

CRS Series Flow Cool Jets are of rugged, high quality stainless steel manufacture for long life and durability. These popular, industry standard plug-in cooling components, are conveniently installed into single flow channels and provide water cooling directly to the internal tip of the core pin. In a minimal cost series flow installation only a single flow channel is required to provide cooling to several cores.

CRS Parallel Flow Cool Jets

CRS Parallel Flow Cool Jets are of the same rugged, high quality stainless steel manufacture as the series flow Cool Jets but with a difference ... they allow an easy and convenient installation of a parallel connection, core cooling system. With large multi-cavity systems, great effort and emphasis is expended in design and tool making to optimise the plastic material flow. Balancing of hot runner systems involve sophisticated temperature regulation to manage high operational performance requirements. In such applications, it is also an essential requirement to also install a 'balanced cooling system' to allow rapid cooling of all core pins and at an equal rate of cooling. The cooling system assists the temperature regulation rather than working against it.

Full details of CRS Series Flow and Parallel Flow Cool Jets ranges are available from the CRS Plastics Tool Cooling Brochure,
